July 13 — Childhelp partners with Q5id Guardian in an effort to advocate for child safety by spreading awareness and educating the public about child abuse. Q5id Guardian’s shared goals of keeping children and families safe has inspired them to team up with Childhelp to boost awareness of and lend support to the Childhelp mission.
Q5id Guardian revolutionizes how missing children are found through the power of community, patented technology, and immediate localized alerts. As Childhelp’s newest corporate partner, Q5id’s Guardian app will help support programs such as Childhelp Speak Up Be Safe, to bring prevention education to thousands of military families, children, and educators nationwide.
“We’re proud of the positive impact our patented technology will have on children through our work with Childhelp,” says Q5id CEO Steve Larson. “Q5id Guardian members can take pride in the fact that, together, we are backing Childhelp’s tireless work in the intervention, treatment, and prevention of child abuse. The more people who are informed, the more children we can keep safe. Together we will save lives.”
Larson initially learned about Childhelp through their celebrity ambassador John O’Hurley and connected strongly with the Childhelp mission.
Michael Medoro, Childhelp Chief Development Officer, acknowledged the importance of this support in the life of a child, “As a result of our amazing corporate partners including Q5id, Childhelp will be able to ensure that more children are educated, protected against, and saved from child abuse and neglect in our communities.”
