CEO & Chairman
Steve founded Q5id in April 2018 and serves as our CEO and Chairman. Prior to Q5id, Steve founded SureID, Inc, the leading provider of identity management and access control solutions for the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. In 1987, Mr. Larson founded Unicru, Inc. Unicru was the leader in Human Capital Management (HCM) automation technology and was among Oregon’s fastest-growing private companies prior to its acquisition by Kronos, Inc. for $150 million. Steve is an accommplished CEO and is recognized nationally for his business leadership. Steve has participated on boards of several technology companies and has assisted in both funding and executive recruitment.
In 2011 Janine joined SureID as VP of Client Support responsible for teams across the US. Prior to SureID, Janine was the VP of Sales, Marketing and Public Relations for Western Culinary LeCordon Bleu, responsible for developing events, marketing strategies and media campaigns. In 2007 Janine was awarded the Global Marketing Award for Excellence. Janine has a proven track record in marketing and operations management. Janine graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, with a Business Administration Degree in Marketing.
VP, Strategic Partnerships
Dianna has more than 20 years of sales experience in B2B and B2C environments, working across multiple channels including Direct Sales, Retail, Indirect B2B & National Sales. Dianna currently leads Strategic Partnerships, Sales & Business Development for Q5id, and is responsible for revenue generation and brand partnership monetization. Prior to joining Q5id, Dianna was VP of Strategic Partnerships at SureID, responsible for the development and implementation of key strategic relationship across the business.
Brian Fravel has over 20 years of broad B2B and B2C marketing experience at both global Fortune 100 companies and early stage start-ups. His early career began at Intel, where he spent 17 years holding positions in product marketing, consumer and business campaign strategy, as well as branding. By the time he left Intel, he was VP of North America Marketing, overseeing all business and consumer marketing in North America. After Intel, Brian helped rebrand, launch and grow Veelo, a sales enablement SaaS platform. Prior to Veelo’s acquisition, he build both the marketing and customer success departments from the ground up. Before joining Q5id, Brian led the digital transformation of DaBella, one of the top 20 home improvement companies in the United States.
